    JSW Energy targets Net Zero by 2050; 13.3 GW capacity with 58% renewables and 40 GWh storage planned by 2030 to accelerate decarbonization.

  • India’s Largest Green Hydrogen Plant

    JSW Energy commissions India’s largest 3,800 TPA green hydrogen plant at Vijayanagar, advancing decarbonization under SIGHT.

  • Meaningful Emissions Reduction Achievements

    Around 12 million tons of CO2 emissions avoided through renewable generation by Q3 2026 and around 0.8 million tons of CO2 emissions avoided by cofiring waste gases in Thermal Power Plant.

Amit leads Sustainability and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) functions at JSW Energy, including sustainability data reporting, analysis, assurance management, and OH&S across all plants. He oversees sustainability communications, reporting, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. With over 25 years of cross-sector experience and a strong technical background, Amit is the cornerstone of our sustainability efforts.
